About Josie LaChance

Josie LaChance, a long-time resident of Lake Jackson, has a strong commitment for her community, and for real estate. This made her decision to join Birdsong Real Estate a fitting choice. Josie graduated from Brazoswood High School in 2004 and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston –
Clear Lake in 2010. She has knowledge of the housing market within Brazoria County and she keeps abreast of changes and developments through her community  partnerships and civic involvement. She has served her community and has received awards for her commitment from the Brazoria County Alliance for Children and the Community Foundation of Brazoria County as well as being named a Leader Under 40 and Young Philanthropist of the Year.
