We will walk with you through the buying process. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to us! Below you will find a step by step guide to buying your new home.

The Process Is Simple!

Step One: Consultation

One of our agents will discuss the process with you. Then, you will decide on the type of house you are searching for so you can be notifed of matches. Lastly, you will sign an initial document package.

Step Two: Home Search and Contract

We will go over houses that match what you are looking for and show any houses of potential interest. If you see one that you are interested in, we will talk more indepth about it.

Step Three: Signing

Once you decide on a house, a contract and all other necessary documents will be signed for the home.

Step Four: Options Period and Pending State

One of our agents will go over the option period with you and then a home inspection will be scheduled and a repair negotiation will be agreed upon. You and your agent will review and sign the survey, appraisal and title commitment.

Step Five: Loan Approval

You will begin the loan approval process, after which the closing will be scheduled. Final walk-through, and utility transfer will happen. Then, you will be able to purchase a home warranty.

Step Six: Closing

The title company will process documents and send documents to your loan company. A loan processor will go over funds necessary for closing and setup payment options, at which point you and the seller will sign all documents. Those documents will be reviewed and if all checks off, the  loan will be funded. Once the loan is funded, you receive the keys and take possession of your new home!
